Manufacturing background

The original flange operation began in the Zhangqiu forging area in the 1980s. Shandong Hyupshin Flanges Co., Ltd. was established in 2006 to develop export-focused production, sales and documentation.

Workshop and equipment

The production base uses conventional lathes, CNC turning equipment, drilling and milling machines, inspection tools and dedicated packing areas. This combination supports both repeat distributor items and drawing-based project orders.

Production range

The wider manufacturing range covers forged steel flanges from DN10 to DN2200 (1/2 to 88 inches), depending on standard, type, pressure rating and material. The European program centres on EN 1092-1, DIN, BS 4504 and UNI, with ANSI / ASME B16.5 also supplied for European projects.

Manufacturing boundary and control

Hyupshin controls order review, material traceability, machining, drilling, facing, dimensional inspection, marking, packing and export documentation. Forging, heat treatment and specialist testing follow the approved route for the material and order; records from qualified processing or inspection partners remain linked to the batch.

Order management

Each purchase order is broken down by standard, flange type, size, rating, material, facing, quantity and document requirement. Sales, production and inspection work from the same item list so mixed-size and repeat orders remain identifiable through packing and shipment.

Export markets and shipment handling

More than 90% of sales are exported. Hyupshin serves buyers across Europe as well as the Americas, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and Africa, with Qingdao as the nearest seaport for regular container shipments.
